About Rutgers Creek
Steven James has been in the pet boarding business for over twenty years. His first kennel was Royalty Resort for Pets. Royalty Resort was located in Middletown, New York in a building that was renovated into a kennel. In 2013, Steve decided to build from the ground up a brand new building specifically to be a kennel, Rutgers Creek Pet Resort. Named after the stream that borders our facility, Rutgers Creek has all the little things Steve has learned from his experience at Royalty Resort that makes our kennels cleaner, safer, and more fun for our boarders.
Our Staff
The owner of Rutgers Creek Pet Resort is Steven James. He has his own dogs that stay at the kennel: Chief, a Labrador, and Scoot and Cedar, who are both Jack Russels.
There are 5 other workers currently at the kennel: Todd, Jenn, Ally, Sharon, and Elizabeth.
